Jamie Parsons
CHRO/AVP Beyond Blue
About Employee: Jamie Parsons joined the senior leadership team in December 2022 and has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare human resources. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master of science in management, both with a specialization in healthcare, from Marshall University. He’s a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR) by the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration. He’s also a Senior Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resources Management.
Tammy Conley
Director - HR Strategy & Governance
About Employee: With more than 30 years of service to UK King's Daughters, Tammy has progressed from a frontline registered nurse into a Human Resources leader, offering a rare 360-degree perspective on the organization. Her extensive institutional knowledge enables her to effectively connect clinical priorities with organizational excellence, while her current focus centers on advancing HR strategy and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.
Kayla Harrison
Director, Organizational Development
About Employee: As Organizational Development Director, Kayla drives professional growth, leadership, and continuous learning. Her team develops strategic talent programs to improve performance. She holds a BA in Strategic Communication and Leadership, and an MBA from Morehead State University, and is SHRM Certified. Since joining UK St. Claire in 2016, she has held roles in professional development, talent management, and HR.

Director - Total Rewards
About Employee: Maggie began her HR career at Corbin Ltd., supporting leadership and managing benefits across multiple locations. She joined UK King's Daughters in 1995 as Assistant to the VP of HR, later becoming a Benefits Coordinator, then Benefits Manager, and now serves as Director of Total Rewards.

About Employee: Amy began her career at UK King's Daughters as a nurse extern nearly 30 years ago. She has served in multiple nursing and leadership roles, including direct care, nurse manager, case management director, and HR. She now leads a team of HR Business Advisors supporting leaders with strategy and team relations.

About Employee: Mandy joined the HR team in May 2023, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience from her time at Community Hospice. About Employee: Christa brings over 30 years of experience and joined UK St. Claire in 2008, holding various roles within Human Resources. Most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, she oversaw all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, development, and operations. Christa is committed to people, culture, and strategic partnership, and holds an MBA from Morehead State University along with a SHRM-CP certification.

In early 2026, he began serving as the HR Contact Center Lead. In addition to his civilian career, Gabriel serves as a Logistics Officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard.
