Logging In to Your Account

Yes, if you forgot your password you can easily reset it. Just click ‘Returning Applicants’ at the top of any page on the King's Daughters Careers site. You'll be directed to the sign in page, where you'll see links that say ‘Forgot Username?’ or ‘Forgot Password?’. Click the link, enter your email address, and then check your email for directions to reset your password.

No, you do not need to log in to review jobs on the King's Daughters Careers site. However, you must log in when applying for a job. You may not apply for a job without a King's Daughters Careers account.

Once you begin an application, you will be prompted to log in with your email or username. If you already have an account with the email or username you provided, you will receive an email to assist you with retrieving/resetting your password. We do not recommend creating multiple accounts as this may result in your application not being successfully forwarded to the recruitment team. If an account is not found with your email or username, you will be prompted to create a new account in order to complete your application.

Applying for a Job

You may check the status of your application by logging in to the King's Daughters Careers site and reviewing your candidate dashboard. Once logged in, click the ‘My Profile’ icon in the top right corner of the site and select ‘Applications’ in the drop-down menu. Your applications, along with their status, will be listed for your review. 

You may go back to an incomplete application by logging in to the King's Daughters Careers site and selecting the application to complete. Once logged in, click the ‘My Profile’ icon in the top right corner of the site and select ‘Applications’ in the drop-down menu. Any applications that were not completed will show a ‘DRAFT’ status. To complete it, click the ‘Continue’ button in the bottom right hand corner of the application window. If you are not interested in completing the application, you may also click the ‘Delete’ button. This will remove your application from consideration and the application will be removed from your profile. You will not be able to retrieve the application afterwards.

To be considered for opportunities at King's Daughters, you must apply for the specific position of interest. However, our recruiting representatives will review all new applications in case you have skills for a position which you did not apply for. You may also submit your profile to the King's Daughters Talent Network if you do not see a position that interests you and our recruiting representatives may reach out with future opportunities for which you are a good fit.

We are committed to reviewing all applications promptly. However, if you are not selected for the position, you will be notified via email and encouraged to continue to apply for other opportunities for which you are qualified.

Updating and Submitting Your Information

 

If you are searching for positions on the King's Daughters Careers site and do not find one that fits your skills and interest, we recommend setting up a job alert! Job alerts are based off the keyword, job title, skills, or location that you are searching for. Once you populate the search fields above and click ‘Find Jobs’, click ‘Set Up Job Alert’ and simply enter your email address and the frequency you would like to receive alerts. We also encourage you to join the King's Daughters Talent Network!

If there are any changes to your information or resume, we encourage you to update your profile within our King's Daughters Talent Network. Simply click the link and provide updates to your information, utilizing the same email address you used when signing up for the King's Daughters Talent Network. This might include uploading a new resume or manually completing the required fields to provide any changes to contact information. Be sure to click through to the end and any new information submitted will be added to your profile.

Internal only opportunities are posted on the King's Daughters Career site and will be noted as internal applicants only.

Yes. Your application will not be known to your manager, however it is recommended that you inform your supervisor of your interest in other opportunities after you have interviewed with the hiring manager in the event the hiring manager contacts your supervisor for a reference check.

Per the Transfers, Promotions and Title Changes policy, Team Members should be in their current position for a minimum of six (6) months before consideration is given for a transfer.

We review applications in the order they are received. We often receive applications from many qualified individuals. It is possible that several qualified applicants submitted their application before yours and were successful in winning the job. Occasionally, individuals are not interviewed because their qualifications don’t match the needs of the job or role. Please be sure to read job postings very carefully and provide as much information as possible to indicate your qualification for the role.
