Job Summary

Responsible for driving and maintaining the Mobile Health Unit daily. Ensures vehicle safety and readiness for scheduled operations. Assists the healthcare team during clinic sessions to support efficient service delivery. Coordinates scheduling and organization of Mobile Health events. Supports outreach efforts by facilitating mobile healthcare access.


Essential Functions

• Assists patients on and off the Mobile Unit and monitors for changes in medical or mental status, reporting as appropriate.

• Provides a high level of customer service and represents the Medical Center positively.

• Maintains positive working relationships with staff, technicians, and community partners.

• Completes work and documentation accurately and within established time frames.

• Performs general cleaning, organization, and maintenance of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and appearance.

• Ensures the Mobile Unit is serviced as required and maintains maintenance logs.

• Cross-trains to assist with screenings, registration, and other clinical or non-clinical duties.

• Maintains Mobile Health Unit stock and uses supplies cost-consciously while demonstrating accountability for property and equipment.

• Assists with staffing and organizing community health events and takes a leadership role in addressing community health needs.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent experience



Experience Requirement

2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area


An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.


Certifications & Licensures

Maintains active Commercial Driver's License (CDL; Class B), Class A preferred
