Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and guiding achievement of patient experience goals across the organization. Coordinates and facilitates various councils for patients, families and physicians and related committees to enhance engagement. Compiles and analyzes patient experience data, develops and distributes reports, and acts as the primary contact for patient and family advisors. Supports growth and maintenance of advisory programs and collaborates with staff and faculty to identify and implement feedback opportunities. Ensures effective communication and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in patient experience.


Essential Functions

• Provides access to and coaches leaders on patient experience databases and reporting tools.

• Consults and coaches on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.

• Maintains and updates SharePoint sites, data collection tools, and website content for the division.

• Provides analytical, administrative, and clerical support for division activities.

• Organizes, coordinates, and facilitates standard and unit-specific trainings, maintaining and updating training materials.

• Tracks and analyzes training participation and feedback, reporting trends to leadership for improvement.

• Evaluates opportunities to improve patient experience through interdisciplinary partnerships, direct observation, and survey review.

• Develops, distributes, and coaches on patient experience reports, goal setting tools, and project data.

• Coordinates and supports the Peer Mentor Program, including training, education, and engagement initiatives.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field



Experience Requirement

0-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant area


An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
