Job Summary

Responsible for assisting with clerical and administrative duties to support smooth departmental operations. Enhances customer experience and improves quality through effective service. Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and respect for boundaries. Collaborates with individuals from diverse backgrounds to foster an inclusive environment.


Essential Functions

• Performs general office duties including mailing, word processing, filing, and paperwork processing efficiently.

• Orders supplies and maintains equipment to support team operations.

• Greets customers courteously and manages phone calls, routing or messaging as appropriate.

• Assists customers with questions or concerns and directs them to the appropriate individual.

• Maintains an organized work area for optimal efficiency.

• Provides individualized health coaching to engage clients in services and coordinate care.

• Promotes wellness services and encourages engagement with primary care.

• Maintains professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent experience



Experience Requirement

0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area


An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
