Summary

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • The Sourcer assists with the Human Resource Recruiting process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.  This position provides support to Talent Acquisition Partners  by assisting them to find candidates for hard to fill positions as well as to improve the time in which applicants are contacted.   
  • DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Assists in the applicant screening process to identify most qualified candidates for initial consideration and participates in efforts to schedule interviews.
    • Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
    • Works with Talent Acquisiton Partners to source candidates for difficult to fill positions.
    • Creatively looks for passive candidates and contacts them to gauge interest in considering opportunities in the Health System.
    • Assist the employment process with new employee orientation, pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
    • Coordinates appointments, correspondence and activities to meet interview, pre-employment and employment needs, (such as applicant review, scheduled interviews, pre-employment testing,).
    • Seeks answer to applicant and team member questions and concerns and assure an accurate, timely and respectful response.
    • Manages departmental records and workflow in an accurate, organized and accessible order.
    • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
    • Assists the Talent Acquisiton Partners with special events and recruitment strategies.
  • EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum requirement:
      • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years relevant HR experience.
      • Interacts with customers in a friendly, confidentail, respectful manner and maintains clear communication skills.
    • Preferred qualifications:
  • WORKING ENVIRONMENT
    • Works indoors in an office/clinic setting
    • The noise level is usually moderate

    • Constantly required to maintain a stationary position behind a computer.
    • Frequently required to move about inside the department.
    • Constantly required to communicate telephonically and face to face with colleagues and customers.
    • Constantly required to operate a computer and telephone.
    • Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
    • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
    • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
