Marketing Specialist Senior

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing and communications initiatives. Mentors team members to enhance performance. Supports Department Director and System Leadership in achieving health system goals. Coordinates efforts across service lines, physician practices, and locations. Ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
 
Essential Functions:
• Develops marketing plans in collaboration with service line leaders and managers.
• Implements marketing plans independently or collaboratively to achieve objectives.
• Adjusts marketing strategies during implementation to optimize outcomes.
• Conducts post-action reviews to support continual improvement.
• Provides consultation and advice on marketing plan development and evaluation.
• Writes and manages production of publications and marketing content.
• Manages website content and supports internal communication efforts.
• Manages departmental budget and allocates resources effectively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
 
 
Experience Requirement:
5+ years of experience in marketing, business administration, or a relevant area
 
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
