Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst Associate

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Supports the configuration, maintenance, and analysis of revenue cycle applications under supervision to ensure accurate and efficient financial workflows. Develops and applies working knowledge of registration, billing, scheduling, and claims systems to resolve issues, support end users, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and revenue cycle staff to document requirements, participate in testing, and contribute to continuous improvements.
  • DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
    • • Helps configure and maintain assigned revenue cycle applications to support operational and financial needs.
    • • Participates in system build activities, including workflows, rules, and data elements.
    • • Supports troubleshooting of application issues and escalates complex problems as needed.
    • • Participates in testing activities for upgrades, patches, and new features.
    • • Documents application configurations, workflows, and testing results.
    • • Provides application support and end-user assistance during system changes.
    • • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
    • • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum requirement:
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 0-2 years of experience
      • Epic certification
      • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
