JOB SUMMARY
-
Responsible for coordinating onboarding processes for revenue cycle staff to ensure efficient integration, compliance, and performance readiness. Provides expertise in revenue cycle onboarding workflows to deliver consistent and accurate employee experience. Ensures adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle standards during training and system access setup. Develops onboarding materials and reporting dashboards to support productivity. Coordinates collaboration with IT, and revenue cycle leadership to align onboarding with operational goals.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:

• Coordinates onboarding activities for new revenue cycle employees, including documentation, system access, and orientation schedules.

• Partners with hiring managers to ensure completion of compliance training and required certifications.

• Develops and maintains onboarding materials for revenue cycle functions.
-
• Provides system navigation training for revenue cycle systems and applications.
-
• Tracks onboarding progress and completion using reporting dashboards.
-
• Analyzes onboarding metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
-
• Collaborates with IT to ensure timely provisioning of system access and troubleshooting for new hires.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
2+ years of experience
-
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
