JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) Works with assigned leadership and areas of responsibility across the full-cycle of recruitment along with skilled support from the Human Resources team. The TAP builds strong relationships throughout the system, multi-tasks, is detail-oriented, and must be highly organized. The TAP will demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other team members regardless of cultural background.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for recruiting for all assigned positions within their area of responsibility.
- The TAP may also assist other TAPs at times with recruiting activities for areas not assigned.
- The TAP will assist with sourcing applicants, perform screening interviews either by telephone or face-to-face, refer applicants to appropriate hiring managers throughout King’s Daughters, assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews timely, follow-up on hiring decisions, refer newly selected applicants for pre-employment/post hire physical screening, and assist with the orientation of new hires as required.
- The TAP will attend career fairs, organize recruitment events, and provide input in design of recruitment materials.
- The TAP will develop and maintain positive relationships with the High School Careers Counselor and the faculty of area healthcare training programs, in conjunction with the Workforce Development Specialist.
- Assists in the coordination of compensation activities such as facilitating salary calculations and job reclassification by consulting with compensation and management in the analysis of job responsibilities, job audits, job descriptions and preparing personnel requisitions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for satisfactory performance of all assigned areas of responsibility.

Minimum requirement:

Bachelors’ Degree

2-3 Years Recruitment Experience

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s Degree

5 plus years recruitment experience

Knowledge of ATS systems

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Works indoors in an office/clinic setting

The noise level is usually moderate

Travels frequently throughout and between facilities, to area training organizations and career fairs.

Must be able to work with a large number of hiring managers and applicants with conflicting priorities and exercise good judgement in balancing the needs of various parts of the organization while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
