Workday Integration Analyst

  • JOB SUMMARY
    Responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Financials integrations across multiple platforms. Provides expertise in data modeling, calculated fields, and workflow solutions to meet operational and compliance needs. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of integrations through testing, validation, and documentation. Develops collaborative relationships with technical and business partners to align solutions with organizational objectives. Coordinates efforts to maintain system reliability during upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
     
  • DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
    • Assist in designing, building, and testing integrations between Workday Financials and external or internal
      systems.
    • Creates and maintains calculated fields, reports, and workflows to support integration and business
      requirements.
    • Collaborates with technical solution architects to review integration approaches and obtain approvals.
    • Executes regression testing of integrations during Workday Financials upgrades and releases to ensure continuity.
    • Conducts impact assessments to evaluate potential effects of system updates on existing integrations.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of ad hoc and custom reports for business and IT operations leadership.
    • Monitors integration performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements corrective actions as necessary.
    • Documents integration processes, technical specifications, and testing outcomes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Partners with cross-functional teams to align integration solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum requirement:
      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
      • 2+ years of experience
         
        An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
